Tiny Mushroom Crocheted Bookmark
Materials:
- B 2.25 mm Hook
- Joann's or Amazon
- Your choice of Fine #2 Yarn (Red) I had some in my stash and I can't find it online. One below is what i found that was close.

Abbreviations:
Ch - Chain
Sl St - Slip Stitch
Mc - Magic Circle
Sc - Single Crochet
St = Stitch
Sc2Tog = Single Crochet 2 sts together
Mushroom Top: Using red or your choice of color
Round 1: Make 6 Sc in a Mc (6)
Round 2: *Sc in the next 2 sts, make 2 Sc in the nest st*, Repeat around (8)
Round 3:* Sc in the next 3 sts, make 2 Sc in the next st*, repeat around (10)
Round 4: *Sc in the 2 sts, make 2 Sc in the next st*, Repeat around - Sc in the last 2 sts (14)
Round 5: *Sc in the 3 sts, make 2 Sc in the next st*, Repeat around - Sc in the last 2 sts (17)
Round 6: Hdc around (17)
Tie off and weave in ends
Stem: Using white yarn or your choice of color
Round 1: Make 6 Sc in Mc (6)
Round 2: Make 2 Sc in ea. St, sl st, ch 1 (12)
Round 3-4: Sc around in each st, sl st, ch 1 (12)
Cord: Using White or a different color
Chain 100 (or as many or little chains you would like
Then Sl st back across the chain and attach to bottom of mushroom stem
Then you can attach the mushroom top to the top of the mushroom stem
Tassel:
I cut strands of yarn and put them through the bottom of the cord.
Once I reached the desired thickness, I wrapped the top portion until I liked the look.
Tie off and weave in the end.
