Baby/ Toddler George Sanderson Scarf

A customer requested a matching scarf to my George Sanderson Beanie/ Hat, so this is what I came up with. If you have

Size: Baby/ Toddler

Materials:
* Vanna’s Choice “Terra Cotta
* Vanna’s Choice “Kelly Green
* Red Heart Super Saver “Aran
* Red Heart Super Saver “Black
* Red Heart Super Saver “White
* Red Heart Super Saver “Coffee”
* Tiny piece of White Felt
* Tapestry Needle
* Size H 5.0 mm Hook

* Size D 3.25 mm Hook

* Size E 3.5 mm Hook

Abbreviations:
MC=Magic Circle
ST= Stitch
SC= Single Crochet
HDC= Half Double Crochet
SL ST=Slip Stitch
CH=Chain

Scarf: Terra Cotta -H hook
Chain 128 loosely or up to your desired length
Row 1: Hdc Across, Ch 1, Turn (127)
Round 2-9: Hdc around, ch 1, turn (127)
*You don’t have to weave in your ends, just add them to the tassels : )

Tassels:
Cut 12 Pieces each 11” long of the Terra Cotta, Kelly Green & Aran”.
Use 1 stand each, and make (6) tassels on each side of scarf

Eye: Make (4) E hook
Round 1: With Black, make a Magic Circle, make 4 SC in Magic Circle, Sl st (4)
Change to Kelly Green
Round 2: Ch 1, Make 2 Hdc’s in each st, sl st (8)
Change to White
Round 3: Ch 1, Make 2 Hdc’s in first st, make 1 Hdc in next st, Repeat, Sl st 12)
Tie off and leave a long tail to attach to scarf

Eyebrow: Make (4) E hook
With “Coffee” Chain 7
Row 1: Sl st in 2nd chain from hook and rest (6)
Cut and tie off (I hot glued these on)

Horn: make (2) D hook
With “Aran” Chain 2
Row 1: Make 2 Sc in 2nd chain from hook, Ch 1, turn (2)
Row 2: Make 2 Sc in first st, 1 Sc in next st, ch 1, turn (3)
Row 3-4: Sc across, ch 1, turn (3)
Row 5: Make 1 Sc in first st, make 2 Sc in next st, make 1 Sc in last st, ch 1 (4)
Sc around horn, making 3 sc in point of horn
Tie off and leave long tail to sew on

Mouth:
I used the black yarn and stitched on the mouth
I cut a small piece of white felt and hot glued it on to make a tooth
